Nutalia Cheese Cake

Ingredients
70 g of Digestive Biscuit
30 g of Unsalted Butter
200 g of Icing Sugar
100 g of Nutalia Spread
150 g of Whipping Cream
50 ml of Amul Cream
400 g of Cream Cheese
Cooking Directions
Melt the butter and mix it with the crushed Digestive Biscuits. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature. Press the mixture into a ring mold and refrigerate to set.
Whip the cream cheese with icing sugar until smooth. Add Nutalia spread and Amul cream, and whip for 5 minutes. Gently fold in the whipped cream.
Pour the cream cheese mixture over the set Digestive biscuit base and freeze for 4 hours.
Once set, remove the cheesecake from the ring mold.
Cut the cheesecake into triangles, add your desired topping, and serve chilled.
